Snow Day!

And how did it start? at about 8am. So much for a lie in. I had a call from Dad to ask if i could go and help dig the car out from where he ditched it about 2 blocks away. he had managed to get the car going, and decided to drive to the city to close the school for the day (surley this could be done with a phone call). after 2 hours of battling through Bromleys quiet and deserted streets, he gave up, and abandoned the car. The then assembled family then trooped to the car, armed with shovels and cardboard  sheets to try and dig the car out and make non snowy ramps for the wheels. we eventually succeeded, but not after being kneecapped by flying bits of cardboard from under the wheels, and getting soaked in snow spray from pushing a car with its wheels turning.
