She stood on the mountain top and surveyed the horizon.  She knew not how she had come to be here but her condition told her that the journey had been long and arduous.

To the left showed the familiar landscape which she had come to know, to the right stood uncertainty and trepidation.  She stood in the middle, unable to meet the gaze of the right and still trying to move from the left.
